Data we use
Seller: LYRA EmpireX OÜ · Registry code 17611216 · Lepa tee 5-6, Loo alevik, Jõelähtme vald, Harju maakond, 74201, Estonia · lyra.song.support@gmail.com.
We process account data, stories and lyrics, order settings, audio files, payment and entitlement records, consents, support requests, attribution data, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to perform the order, provide the account and support, prevent errors and abuse, comply with law, and—only with separate consent—for analytics or marketing.
Provider categories
We use cloud infrastructure and data storage, digital-content creation and processing services, payment providers, email services, and analytics and advertising services where separate consent exists. Each category receives only the data needed for its task.
Consent evidence
We retain the order, user, exact consent text and version, checkbox action, timestamp, and existing order-related technical data to prove your choice before payment.
GDPR rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and receive portable data. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
International transfers
Providers of cloud infrastructure, digital-content processing, payments, email, analytics, and advertising may operate or use infrastructure outside the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, safeguards required by law apply: adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Analytics and advertising transfers occur only with separate consent. You may request information about applicable safeguards from support.
Retention and rights
We retain data as needed for the account and order, legal duties, disputes, and security. Request access, correction, or deletion at lyra.song.support@gmail.com; legally required records remain for the required period.
Mandatory consumer rights
The end of the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not remove mandatory consumer rights where digital content is defective, not supplied, or does not conform to the agreed order.
Questions and written complaints: lyra.song.support@gmail.com. We respond to a written complaint within 15 days. If the matter cannot be resolved within that period, we will explain the reason for the delay and provide a new reasonable response deadline. If a dispute falls within the competence of the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee, a consumer may apply after an unsuccessful attempt to resolve it directly with LYRA. Customers in other countries retain mandatory rights and access to the competent ADR bodies and consumer authorities available to them.
